Meter Encoder and Endpoint Project

DPW is actively encouraging property owners to please sign up and schedule with Hydro Utilities to make water meter appointments.  City of Geneva contracted with Hydro Utilities to replace electronic readers for all resident and business water customers. This new equipment will improve consumption accuracy, detect leaks, and promote conservation.  Installation will not disrupt water, is at no cost to the owner, only take 5-10 minutes and is mandatory.

After being notified by mail, please schedule your appointment online at www.genevameters.com and enter your Work Order # and Service #, which can be found on the letter, to the right of your mailing address or call Hydro Utilities toll free at 866-983-8080, Monday through Friday,  8AM to 4PM.

Thank you for participating in this needed infrastructure improvement.
