Castle Street Reconstruction, Phase IVillager Construction will begin utility work on Castle Street between Brook Street and Main Street starting October 4, with typical working hours of (but not limited to) 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.East and Westbound through-traffic on Castle Street may be affected as required to perform work.Parking may be limited overnight and during construction hours.Access to businesses and residences will be maintained throughout the project. Work will continue for the foreseeable future, as the capital improvement project progresses. Trash Punch Cards are also sold year-round.
A 52-punch card is currently $75, but beginning January 1, 2026, the price will be $90. Each punch covers up to two 30-gallon bags.
